Termini d'uso – Skyline Dynasty

1. Chi siamo. Il gioco Skyline Dynasty («il Gioco») è pubblicato da Cosimo Ventura (Fraplsr), email venturacosimo@gmail.com («noi»).

2. Licenza. Ti concediamo una licenza personale, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile per usare il Gioco sui dispositivi collegati al tuo account App Store o Google Play, secondo le regole dello store da cui l'hai scaricato. Non puoi rivendere, noleggiare, distribuire, decompilare o modificare il Gioco, salvo quanto la legge permette comunque.

3. Acquisto unico. Roma si gioca tutta gratis. L'acquisto in-app «Tutte le città» sblocca per sempre le altre città sul tuo account dello store, compresi i reinstalli e gli altri dispositivi con lo stesso account (con «Ripristina acquisti»). Non ci sono abbonamenti, pubblicità né monete da comprare. Pagamenti, rimborsi e fatturazione li gestisce lo store secondo le sue condizioni.

4. È una simulazione. Denaro, immobili, aziende, banche, titoli di borsa, sindaci e notizie del Gioco sono inventati. Non hanno valore reale, non si possono convertire in denaro né scambiare. Il Gioco non è una consulenza finanziaria, fiscale, legale o immobiliare: i suoi risultati non dicono niente su investimenti veri. Le città sono reali, ma quartieri, nomi e fatti del Gioco sono di fantasia; ogni somiglianza con persone o società reali è casuale.

5. Salvataggi. Le partite sono salvate sul dispositivo e, se attivo, nel tuo iCloud o nel tuo account Google. Facciamo il possibile perché i salvataggi durino tra una versione e l'altra, ma non possiamo garantire che una partita non vada persa (per esempio se cancelli l'app, cambi account o il servizio cloud non è disponibile). Il salvataggio non si sposta tra iPhone e Android.

6. Aggiornamenti. Possiamo aggiornare il Gioco per correggere errori, cambiare il bilanciamento o migliorarlo. Gli aggiornamenti possono cambiare l'andamento delle partite in corso. Non togliamo dall'acquisto le città già sbloccate.

7. Diritti. Il Gioco, i testi, le immagini, la musica e il codice sono nostri o dei rispettivi autori, con le licenze elencate nella schermata Informazioni. Il software libero incluso resta soggetto alla propria licenza.

8. Responsabilità. Il Gioco è fornito così com'è. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti, perdita di dati di gioco o interruzioni. Restano fermi i tuoi diritti di consumatore previsti dalla legge, compresa la garanzia legale di conformità dei contenuti digitali (Codice del consumo), che questi termini non limitano.

9. Privacy. Come trattiamo i dati è spiegato nell'informativa sulla privacy: skylinedynasty.com/privacy.html.

10. Legge e foro. Si applica la legge italiana. Se sei un consumatore, sono competenti i giudici del luogo in cui risiedi e restano valide le norme inderogabili del tuo paese.

Terms of Use – Skyline Dynasty

1. Who we are. The game Skyline Dynasty (the "Game") is published by Cosimo Ventura (Fraplsr), email venturacosimo@gmail.com ("we", "us").

2. Licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game on the devices linked to your App Store or Google Play account, under the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not resell, rent, distribute, decompile or modify the Game, except where the law allows it anyway.

3. One-time purchase. All of Rome is free to play. The "All Cities" in-app purchase permanently unlocks the other cities on your store account, including reinstalls and other devices using the same account (via "Restore purchases"). There are no subscriptions, ads or currencies to buy. Payments, refunds and billing are handled by the store under its own terms.

4. It is a simulation. Money, properties, companies, banks, stocks, mayors and news in the Game are fictional. They have no real value and cannot be converted into money or traded. The Game is not financial, tax, legal or real estate advice: its results say nothing about real investments. The cities are real, but the Game's neighbourhoods, names and events are fictional; any resemblance to real people or companies is coincidental.

5. Saved games. Games are saved on your device and, if enabled, in your iCloud or Google account. We do our best to keep saves working across versions, but we cannot guarantee that a game will never be lost (for example if you delete the app, switch accounts or the cloud service is unavailable). Saves do not move between iPhone and Android.

6. Updates. We may update the Game to fix bugs, change the balance or improve it. Updates may change how ongoing games play out. We never take away cities you have already unlocked.

7. Rights. The Game, its texts, images, music and code belong to us or to their respective authors, under the licences listed in the About screen. Included open-source software remains subject to its own licence.

8. Liability. The Game is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of game data or interruptions. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, which these terms do not limit.

9. Privacy. How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy: skylinedynasty.com/privacy.html.

10. Governing law. Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction and the mandatory rules of your country continue to apply.
