Oggi non raccoglie dati personali e non invia dati a noi o a terzi.
Le partite si salvano solo sul tuo dispositivo.
L'acquisto unico lo gestisce App Store o Google Play: il gioco non vede i tuoi dati di pagamento.

Salvataggio delle partite

Le partite (stato del gioco e i nomi che scegli per società e personaggio) stanno solo sul tuo dispositivo. Se cancelli il gioco, i salvataggi si cancellano con lui. Lo sviluppatore non li riceve e non può leggerli.

Acquisto unico

Il pagamento avviene su App Store o Google Play, che sono titolari autonomi dei dati di pagamento. Il gioco riceve solo la conferma che l'acquisto è stato fatto, per sbloccare le città, e la conserva sul dispositivo.

Servizi di Apple e Google

Gli store e i sistemi operativi possono raccogliere dati come statistiche di download o rapporti sugli arresti anomali, secondo le loro informative e le impostazioni del tuo dispositivo. Su questi dati non abbiamo controllo.

Cosa non facciamo

Niente pubblicità, niente reti pubblicitarie, niente tracciamento tra app e siti, niente vendita o cessione di dati, niente chat, niente geolocalizzazione, niente account del gioco.

Funzioni previste

In una versione futura potranno arrivare il salvataggio in cloud nel tuo iCloud o nel tuo account Google e statistiche d'uso anonime (senza nome, email, posizione né identificativi pubblicitari) per capire dove il gioco è poco chiaro. Prima di attivarle aggiorneremo questa pagina e lo diremo nelle novità della versione.

Minori

Il gioco è adatto a tutte le età e non chiede dati personali. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori.

I tuoi diritti

Hai diritto di chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, opposizione e portabilità dei tuoi dati personali (artt. 15–22 del GDPR) scrivendo a venturacosimo@gmail.com. Puoi proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) o all'autorità del tuo paese.

In short

Saved games

Your games (game state and the names you choose for your company and character) are stored only on your device. If you delete the game, the saves are deleted with it. The developer never receives them and cannot read them.

One-time purchase

Payment takes place on the App Store or Google Play, which are independent controllers of payment data. The game only receives confirmation that the purchase was made, to unlock the cities, and keeps it on your device.

Apple and Google services

The stores and operating systems may collect data such as download statistics or crash reports, under their own policies and your device settings. We have no control over that data.

What we don't do

No ads, no ad networks, no tracking across apps and websites, no selling or sharing of data, no chat, no location, no game accounts.

Planned features

A future version may add cloud saving to your iCloud or Google account and anonymous usage statistics (no name, email, location or advertising identifiers) to find out where the game is unclear. Before turning them on we will update this page and mention it in the release notes.

Children

The game is suitable for all ages and does not ask for personal data. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your personal data (Art. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to venturacosimo@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority in your country.

If this policy changes, the new version will be on this page with an updated date.
